Copper Run Records handles payments for our own store and for the artists we run sites for. The end of the statement line tells you where it came from:

• COPPER RUN* SWAMPERS — a purchase or contribution on theswampers.com. For help, email support@theswampers.com.
• COPPER RUN with another artist’s name, or on its own — an order from this store. Email support@crrteam.com.

Our payment processor, Stripe, emails a receipt from Copper Run Records (copperrunrecords.com) to the address you used at checkout — check your spam folder if you can't find it.

Please email us before contacting your bank — we can usually match it to an order straight away and fix any mistake faster than a dispute can. Include the date and amount, and the last four digits of the card if you like (never the full number).

You’ll get a tracking link by email when it ships. Most merchandise is printed to order, so it takes a few days to make before it ships — our Shipping Policy has the timings. Still stuck? Email support@crrteam.com with your order number.

Sorry about that. Email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.
